The Extraterrestrial’s Guide to Understanding Earthlings

Welcome to Planet Earth! This planet is home to roughly 7 billion human beings, and an enormous variety of other amazing species whom they share the planet with, though many of the other species numbers are rapidly declining.

Liar

Oddly, the humans don’t seem to understand they’re a part of the ecosystem and they exploit the overall health of the planet for short-term conveniences. The humans, who have this amazing potential to be conscious stewards of the planet, instead treat it as some disposable resource.

They have this expression “don’t bite the hand that feeds you” yet they don’t seem to grasp the meaning of it.

Human beings still fight with, and even kill, each other. Many follow this dubious system of morality that says it’s okay to fight and kill, so long as a government or religion condones it. They rely upon external systems of morality and these systems are manipulated by their leaders for their leaders own gain.

10 Discoveries That Will Make You Question Everything

What are the true origins of humanity?

There are so many ancient artifacts from the past that still perplex us today. How did ancient civilizations create such intricate and advanced technologies? There are so many mysteries surrounding humanities past that we are finally becoming aware of. There seems to be a lot more going on than meets the eye…

Here is a list of some of the most amazing discovery’s to date!

1: The London Artifact- londan hammerThis artifact is speculated to be so extremely old that part of the wooden handle has turned to coal. Coal is known to take millions of years to form, so then how is this possible? How old could this strange artifact actually be?

Still Using a Microwave? You Might Want To Read This

More than 95 percent of American homes own a microwave! This says a lot about our desires for a quick, convenient meal.

Looking at the bigger picture, this isn’t entirely our fault. Our world has evolved into a fast paced race against time, and it doesn’t help that half the food in the grocery stores are packaged in plastic for quick consumption.

I’ve always been really sensitive to microwaves, I can feel the radiation emitting off of them and usually leave the room if one is on.

Here are 5 reasons why they are worth getting rid of:

Microwaves Zap Food Nutrition

Heating your food in the microwave strips away its original nutrients. The high frequencies emitted from a microwave force the water molecules to rapidly spin, creating friction which heats the food in a short amount of time.

This completely changes the molecular structure of the food itself.

Dr. Joseph M. Mercola, a licensed physician writes that the dielectric heat in the microwave bounces around and is absorbed in the food until it evolves into a sort of ‘dead food’.Microwave-nutrients-food

The nutritional value greatly diminishes the longer the food absorbs the radiation.

Microwaves Destroy Breast Milk And Vitamin B-12

In a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, researchers examined the effects of microwave heating on the loss of vitamin B-12 in foods like raw beef, pork, and milk.

The results of the study show there was a 30 to 40 percent loss of the vitamin when the foods received microwave exposure.

What they found was the natural chemicals in vitamin B-12 became virtually inactive after the microwave heating process.

Researchers tested 22 freshly frozen human milk samples for lysozyme activity and antibodies by heating the samples for 30 seconds on either a low or high power setting.baby-breast-milk-bottle

Breast milk microwaved at high temperatures was found to have greater E coli growth — 18 more times than un-microwaved breast milk.

Microwaving at low temperatures also dramatically decreased lysozyme activity and also promoted the growth of harmful bacteria for babies.

Microwaves Create Carcinogens In Food

If you do use a microwave, never wrap anything in plastic! You can create carcinogens in the food.

The Russian government issued a warning about the health hazards microwave ovens can have on the human body and the environment.

Foods that are frozen and meant to be heated in a microwave were found containing toxic chemicals such as BPA, polyethylene terpthalate, benzene, toluene, and xylene.

The plastic containers used to heat these microwave meals have been found to release the carcinogens along with other harmful toxins into your food which is then absorbed by your body.

Microwaves Can Change the Makeup of Your Blood

In a Swiss clinical study, researchers found that blood changes in individuals who consumed microwaved milk and vegetables.

They found that, with the eight participants in the study, their red blood cells decreased while white blood cells increased, along with their cholesterol levels.Healthy-and-Unhealty-Live-Blood-Cells-Anaylasis

The non-ionizing radiation of the microwave can affect changes in your blood and your heart rate.

Microwaves Can Change Your Heart Rate

A study conducted by Dr. Magda Havas of Trent University found the levels of radiation emitted by a microwave affect both heart rate and heart rate variability.

Microwaves can produce effects on your body instantly due to the 2.4 GHz radiation — the frequency of radiation emitted by microwave ovens.imgres-1

These levels are within federal safety guidelines but that doesn’t really mean anything. We are still getting daily doses of radiation.

It’s been reported that you can experience a dramatic change in heart rate, have an irregular heart beat and chest pains if you regularly eat microwaved food.

With all these studies, and even just the sheer knowing that a higher level of radiation is coming out of a device in our homes, it seems like a good idea to throw them out. Or at least not use them as much.

A lot of food is designed to only be cooked in a microwave and this is no mistake. We are bombarded with unhealthy choices due to convenience.

In the end, it’s completely worth it to take the time to cook full meals. It may be more time consuming but our bodies will thank us for it!

8 Fundamental Lessons My Soul Recently Remembered

Love the Void [shareaholic app=”share_buttons” id=”5111573″]

Screen Shot 2016-09-05 at 12.01.07 PM

Seeking external love and validation from other people to fill the little spots of emptiness and loneliness at the heart of your life is doomed to failure.

All of us have to dance with the no-man’s (or no-woman’s) land behind the mask of living and no one, no one can make that feeling go away.

But we must continuously confront it, or more so learn to love it and be tender towards it.

If we can be at ease in that space at the back of the world, then love and friendship from the outside will slowly come of its own accord.

Remember the Ferris Wheel

I have no thoughts on the actual existence of Karma or reincarnation but more often than I can account for I wake up in the middle of the night and have the overpowering sense that all of us have been flipping around on the cosmic cogs for a very, very long time. We have been passing by each other – fighting, loving, fucking, drinking, crying, dying together – since the first sputtering spark erupted from the furnace of creation. So trying to foster some compassion is probably worthwhile. Even if we may be enemies, in the larger light of things we are all old friends.

Humor as a Spiritual Practice

I recently realized that in general my sense of humor tends to deepen in stride with my sadness. A renewed sense of laughter and playfulness may be the most valuable gift received from surviving bouts of severe depression. It also supplies a strengthened coping mechanism for any future trips to the underworld.

Hug Some Animals

Seriously hug your dog or cat. Say sweet things to the crow dive bombing your head. Cause if a crow is dive bombing your head you are out of sync and should thank them for kindly reminding you that you are out of sync. Thank you Crow of last week for dive bombing my head. I didn’t want to eat that crappy sandwich you made me drop anyway. Love you, Brother Crow!

Be Gentle With Yourself

We should treat our own bodies and minds as the vulnerable, sweet animals that they are. They fade and perish, and we should allot ourselves a love worthy of someone who is fading and perishing every day, right here, amidst the confusion and sunshine.

Cultivate Forgiveness

Screen Shot 2016-09-03 at 9.15.16 PMI don’t feel like I have ever had any real enemies in my life (though I am sure they are out there) but over the last couple of years I finally had the experience of being deeply disappointed and hurt by a few of the people I loved most in the world.

For the first time in my life I think I actually felt real anger and resentment (I suppose it was not so bad making it to 25 without such feelings) but I also know that while it is important to take in and process such feelings, it would be a shame to walk away from them without taking the opportunity to work on my own capacity to forgive.

We are all neck-deep in this burning, chaotic web and we should do our best to hold no grudges against any one for the steps they take. There are only choices to be made and no true guides to help make them. Likewise the work of forgiving ourselves is equally as daunting and important. We are all stumbling along fucking shit up, because there is no other option but to stumble along with the high probability of fucking shit up. So let’s stumble along and still be friends.

Do Stuff

There is a lot to be said for staying home, for reading, writing and meditating. My natural inclination is to be slightly monkish. But the world is a divine game and the stakes are high and one must regularly leave the safe-spot to risk touching a lava tile. Because it’s the rawness of the wound that opens a spot for grace and the properties of renewal.

Enjoy What is Here While it is Here

We should of course be passionate and work towards a better more open world but along with that we should also foster an aesthetic appreciation for what already exists. All of this is temporary: You, Me, Monsanto. Relish the forms the world takes and enjoy its particular incarnations, inflections and limitations. Because one day it will all fade, and whatever other world may or may not exist after the fading, it surely will not abide by the same laws and physics as this one. This is a temporary set of rules in a game of endless variety. Witness it while you can.

Sure, It’s Easier To Run

i-am-02I just watched a documentary last night called I AM. This groundbreaking work follows director Tom Shadyac around the globe as he sits down with renown poets, business executives, psychologists, and biologists to ask two questions:

18iam-span-articleLargeWhat is wrong with the world?
and
What can we do to fix it?

The root to which it all boils down to is encompassed in a response given by English writer, G.K. Chesterton, to the initial question, posed to him by the London Times.
Q: What is wrong with the world?
A: I am.

Science today, as explored in this film, is rounding up more and more applicable and indisputable evidence to suggest that the totality of existence is in fact an energetic projection of The Individual Observer, that each of you reading this Now, whether aware of it or not, are in fact 100% responsible for the entirety of your every experience. Some have expressed this to be a daunting concept to accept, though I personally find this to be a most empowering paradigm. That we have the power to create worlds. That with personal mastery of our emotional and mental states, so too comes mastery of creating whatever reality we desire.

Running-awayOften times, we encounter struggles or set backs in life, and it’s as if it’s almost become natural for us to point the finger to a person or situation or group of persons for having caused the problem. Many times we have even chosen to walk away from a particular job or project, dissolve a personal relationship, or any other number of “move-away” tactics, as if separating ourself from “the thing” is going to solve the issue. The reality is, as the mystics have echoed through the ages, that the issue is within us, not “out there” and we have actual, measurable, repeatable evidence of this concept today! How exciting!

Thanks to institutions like Heart Math and Biocybernaut Institute, just to name a couple, Western culture is beginning to wake up to The Reality of what is true about ourselves and how we work, our natural design to exist in harmony with all that surrounds us, and step into authority of our lives by accepting fully the responsibility of our every experience.

change-your-thoughts-and-you-change-your-world18Instead of running from our problems, we now begin to see that there is no problem. There is only a manifestation of some personality trait that we desire other than to exhibit, and so we now become grateful for the encounter with these parts of ourselves, that they have been brought to our attention as an opportunity for personal growth through identifying those parts of our personality and shifting to what we truly desire to be.

14 Ways To Raise the Vibration Of Your Home

Have you ever walked into a particular home and you read the vibe as comfortable,

1. Clean and give things away

Start out by scanning all the rooms in your home. When you clean and organize everything, by touching and giving all your items attention energetically; you are charging the environment. Look at everything you have and assess what you really need. Are there old objects of all kinds lying around that could be donated and utilized more efficiently by another? Don’t be afraid or feel guilty for letting go, it’s the cycle of life.

2. Burn Incense

Burning different herbs or incense sticks not only creates a wonderful, relaxing smell; it raises the vibration of the space. Everything is made up of different frequencies of energy so when you combine your intent with an action of smudging something like sage, that creates a high level of energy that can translate to feeling calm, happy, simply feeling good from enjoying the smell is a raise in vibration.

3. Decorate!

Make your space an extension of you; who you are, what you like and how you express all of it. What speaks to your soul the most? I absolutely love futuristic, sleek, minimalistic houses that are ultramodern yet still dreamy. At the same time, the old history-holding victorian, creaky wood houses are equally amazing. At my core, I love the colorful tapestries, pink himalayan salt lamps, crystals of all kinds and these classic curtains.  Choose things that you feel represent a part of yourself and express it boldly!

4. Meditate

Meditating or charging the space energetically either through intent or action raises your vibration which ripples out through the environment. When you feel uplifted, excited or even relaxed and blissful; the energy you emit blends with the energy of the space. Everything is connected, our solid, 3D reality is an ever shifting soup of energy when you can see it from that perspective! So meditate; it literally emits light from our bodies.

5. Essential Oils

It’s fun going to the store and smelling all the pungent smells of essential oils. Which ones smell the best to you? Find the smells that evoke a certain memory, feeling or urge to just buy it. Certain smells remind me of my childhood and others I’ve never even heard of! You can get an oil diffuser to get the smell around or just tab some on a cloth and run it along some wood trim in the room. It’s nice to do that around your bed frame.

6. Get Plants

Plants are awesome, beautiful, fun, and make a space look amazing! If you’re able to go out and buy a bunch of beautiful hanging plants, colorful ones and even some seeds for food; do it! They clean the air, plus they are alive and so much more in tune than we realize. Being surrounded by that kind of consciousness is amazing for the vibration of the space.

7. Play Music

What kind of music do you like? Really nice, instrumental music can help keep a vibe a calm but uplifting at the same time. If you were to play rap or metal at a certain time, what would that shift the vibe to? Feel out the energy of the room and match the kind of music that fits the mood. Sometimes fast, upbeat dance music is exactly what a room needs to transform it!

8. Create a Space for Connection

What if your space was the place all your closes friends gathered to connect. This could look like having incredible, transformative talks to just hanging out playing video games. What brings you and your loved ones closer together? If you’re able to create a sacred space of fun, uplifting connection then be the facilitator of growth!
